The Gardening Class at Motoazabu Farm is Starting!!
普段お店においてあるお野菜がどこからきてるのか、どうやって作られているのか、どんなお世話をしてあげなくてはいけないのか。都会に住んでいると、この仕組みを知る機会はとても少ないです。だからこそ、子供たちに自分たちの手でお野菜を育て、自分たちの目で成長を見て、自分たちで育てたお野菜を収穫して食べてみてほしい、というのがこの土育クラスの始まりでした。
Living in a big city, it is very difficult for you to teach your child the "circle of life" concept unless you still have the patience to sit through a Lion King DVD. Most of the children does not have the opportunity to learn WHERE the vegetables in stores came from, WHAT kind of care it needs, and HOW they grow.
好き嫌いも、お野菜の知識や愛着があれば大半は無くせるものです。野菜や栄養についての正しい知識を一緒につけていきませんか？
Your little one's immune system will literally be built based( and also has a major effect for the rest of their lives) on what they eat from their birth to around the age of 9. It is critical for them to consume nutritious vegetables as much as possible and avoid becoming picky eaters.
